The staff was courteous, as well as owner. We got fabulous and distinctive double room with lovely views over the garden as an upgrade, nice gesture. The location was amazing - just off the Marina where there was a pub. Besides, the place was close to Dell Quay.

The location was quiet and ideal and in a beautiful old Manor House, best base for a short break. And it was also so close to notably The Crown, Chichester Harbour, and large, well kept gardens. The room of this place was a nice size with large comfortable bed. The breakfast was hearty and substantial, the best I had in Chichester.

Booked a room with lovely views over the gardens. The location was stunning, just off very good pubs as well as Chichester, the harbour and nearby beaches. Also, an understated cathedral was 4 km away.
The room felt a bit cold and the bathroom was tiny.

Thoroughly enjoyed fashionable double room with lovely views over the garden, wouldn't mind staying there all day. We had an electric kettle, a fridge and glassware. The location was amazing, really close to very good pubs for evening meals, notably The Crown and Anchor at Dell Quay and The Blacksmiths Arms in Doddington, and Dell Quay and the pub. Everyone was friendly as well as host.
